ORDERS & PRODUCTS

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed and prepared for shipment.

We reserve the right to modify prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We aim to display product information as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3–10 business days (up to 14 during peak periods).

Delivery times are typically 7–20 business days depending on destination.

Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, or external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied in their country.

Once the order is shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

We do not offer size or color exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY & CLAIMS

WKW Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Any claims must be made directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.


MEDIATION (EU REQUIREMENT)

In accordance with French consumer law, the customer has the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us.

DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

We collect and process personal data only for order processing, customer service, and legal obligations.

You have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
