Order Modification:

"WKW Club" reserves the right to modify prices on the website for products prior to shipment. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email info@wkwclub.com as soon as possible. Please note that changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is placed, "WKW Club" is not responsible for ensuring that it can be modified or canceled before shipment.

Shipping/Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-10 business days. However, please allow up to 2 weeks (3 weeks during sales). All packages are shipped from our fulfillment center and should arrive within 7-10 days. Shipping times may vary in other countries, and please allow for up to 30 days for the item to arrive after being shipped due to possible delays in customs clearance.

Lost Packages:

We are responsible for any packages that are lost within our shipping country. If a package is lost outside of our shipping country, please contact your courier/local post. We can provide tracking information and contact details. If the package does not exit our shipping zone within 60 business days (due to it being lost), we will provide a full refund or reshipment.

If the package needs to be picked up, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve it. If the address is filled out incorrectly, the buyer is responsible for any losses that may occur. If a package is returned to us, the customer has the option to have it reshipped at their expense. If we are unable to ship to a certain address, we will contact the customer and give them 7 days to provide a new one, or a refund will be issued. Regardless of your country's consumer rights, the customer must comply with this agreement since consumer protection does not apply on an international level.

Shipping Delays:

In the unlikely event of a situation beyond our control, such as Covid-19 or a strike, we will post a notice on our website, and you as the buyer agree to assume the associated risks. Our shop will provide our best estimates for the duration of the delays, but we cannot guarantee any delivery dates during these circumstances. Once a package has been shipped, standard refunds are no longer applicable, and the customer must accept this when placing the order.
